Accelerated Service

Southwest International understands that in your business, customers are your number one priority. With our Accelerated Service available at all of our five dealerships, your vehicles will avoid unnecessary downtime, experience emphasized communication, speed, and accuracy when servicing your vehicles. Communication on what servicing and parts are required for the maintenance is relayed to the customer within two hours. If parts are needed based on technician recommendations, those parts are expedited if we do not have them on hand to get your fleet back on the road as soon as possible. 

Parts

Not only do we have over $50 million in parts inventory for all makes and models on hand, but we have access to RepairLink, giving our customers the ease and accessibility of ordering parts online, many with special pricing, saving you time and money. Each of our dealerships will provide professional and knowledgeable parts personnel to assist and verify your parts needs. We also have more than 20 trucks available, ready to provide parts deliveries to your locations if needed.

OnCommand Connection

With OnCommand Connection, you will have personalized action plans for your fleet, diagnosis while on the road, prioritization of repairs to avoid unnecessary downtime, and can plan repairs based on proximity to nearby locations. Our inhouse OnCommand expert, Britney McNeely, will be your go-to to help you manage thousands of fault codes your fleet may see, making significantly more informed decisions that will maximize your fleet’s productivity, comply with safety standards, and connect your fleet to service centers and manufacturers across the country on one platform, no matter the make or model of your vehicles.

International 360

International 360 connects your fleet, increases uptime, reduces your total cost of ownership, and provides seamless visibility to your services and repairs while working in conjunction with OnCommand Connection. I360 is a VIN-based system that allows you to book service requests and approve estimates, view your complete service history, up-to-date campaign information, and engine calibration status. We support all makes and models with no monthly or annual per-VIN fees.
